I grew up in Los Angeles, Pasadena to be exact. I graduated from South Pasadena High School in 1988. I was a three sport athlete Football, Basketball, and Track and Field. I would later get inducted in my High school Hall of Fame in the sport of Track and Field.
I earned a sports scholarship in Track and Field and went to Point Loma Nazarene University where I competed in Track and Field and eventually earned All American Status. I graduated in 1992 with a Bachelors of Arts in Physical Therapy with emphasis on Athletic Training.
While I was actually in undergraduate school I started working in the office that I currently own when I was a sophomore and volunteered to see if chiropractic is what I wanted to do. I spent three year working the back office and learning the field. I then went onto the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in the fall of 1992 and graduated in 1995 earning my Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Within a couple years I would then take over the practice buy out the doctor that I started with and I have been running the practice on my own since.
"I love what I do for a living. I specialized my practice on the industrial side of things and cater to many employers here throughout California."
I have also been involved with the National Board of Chiropractic examiners. I have two roles, I am a standardized patient trainer and I oversee the test site in the bay area. I have been involved with the test site administration since 1997. I have also helped writing exam questions and x-ray questions.
I can honestly say that I never wake up and do not want to go to work. Everyday i look forward to taking care of patients.
